Baby’s Jarro-Dophilus® contains superior, scientifically documented strains. Clinical studies have documented the benefits of B. breve M-16V and B. longum BB536 (Morinaga) in infants and young children. All probiotic strains in Baby’s Jarro-Dophilus® produce L+ lactic acid which is especially ideal for babies. The dominant intestinal flora of infants are the bifidobacteria, which is why Baby’s Jarro-Dophilus® contains a higher percentage of bifidobacteria than lactobacilli. Baby’s Jarro-Dophilus® contains Inulin-FOS (FructoOligoSaccharides) to encourage growth of beneficial flora.
